Robert McCommons / Business Development Expert

Robert McCommons, the Director of Business Development at Community Care, offers more than 15 years of consulting experience provided to a wide variety of health care organizations from large health systems to community-based nonprofit organizations. During his career, he’s held roles in several health and long-term care settings, including inpatient behavioral health, nursing homes and community-based settings.

In his role at Community Care, Robert directs strategic planning for the organization. As a consultant, he utilizes his expertise to assist organizations in fiscal analysis, business planning and the operational implementation of PACE and other managed long-term care programs. His unique understanding of organizational culture and its impact on care management and care delivery systems has paved the way for countless organizations’ success.

Rob has bachelor's degree from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois, and a master's degree in Social Work from Loyola University in Chicago.
